FAQs
1
What kind of coaching do you offer?
I offer personalized Strength, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build habits that actually fit your life. My approach combines strength training, corrective exercise, Pilates, yoga, nutrition education, and lifestyle coaching to create a plan that is uniquely yours—not a one-size-fits-all program.
2
Do you work virtually?
I offer both virtual on-camera training sessions and coaching packages where clients can access their workouts and nutrition program via my app.
3
Do I need a gym membership?
Workouts can be done at home or at the gym, all depending on what you need! I program your workouts based on what you have available.
4
Do you provide meal plans?
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I stay within my scope of practice and offer nutrition guidance and support, not strict meal plans. I refer out if advanced nutrition support is needed from a Registerd Dietician.

What does the coaching experience include?
-I start with a thorough intake to understand your history, goals, lifestyle, movement experience and current habits.
This often includes a postural assessment as well as an introductory call to get to know you better!
-Your training and nutrition strategy is built around you, rather than a generic program.
-I’ll add you to my app, where you'll receive the tools, workouts and guidance you need to put the plan into practice.
-Based on your plan, we’ll set a schedule of touch-base-points so you have all of the accountability you need to keep going.
-I always refer to my coaching offerings as ‘living plans’ meaning they change based on what’s working! I take into account your preferences and your progress.

How do I know if this is for me?
Coaching is personal, an investment in yourself, and takes a lot of trust, which I don't take lightly. If you're on the fence, a discovery call is a great way for us to get to know each other and see if we're a good match!
